Client seeking a security services will establish a communication with us via either phone or e mails and request to send us the RFQ (request for quotation) with sow (scope of work) and we would submit our competitive initial quotation as
Per the sow explained on RFQ. From then both parties would schedule for meeting to discuss the fundamental conditions of any ITB/ITT'S, business requirements and a contract will be signed to commence the work.
It is important to gather as much data regarding the project/s as possible to ensure the correct measures are planned. This time also can be invaluable especially for organizations new to Iraq and not used to dealing with this level of security compliancy issues before; our experience can provide an excellent resource to help reference how these issues may impact their project planning overall. The information received will be passed to SSCS operation department where a project specific risk analysis and threat assessments will be produced, from this recommendations will be made to client for the appropriate physical asset protection package. Once agreement has been reached a security plan can be designed and put into action.
