Personnel training
SSCS training policy is simple, training is key to providing the highest level of service within the security industry. Here we understand that training has to evolve to match this ever changing theater. All SSCS personnel are assessed prior to engagement, those that meet standards for example;
International security personnel must have former military or police back-ground, individuals must provide evidence in the form of official CRB stating that they have not been engaged in any form of criminal activity.
Must have attended and passed a recognized close protection training course.Also attended and passed a civilian medical course first person on seen intermediate level or above.
Previous Iraq or other hostile environment experience.
Local national security personnel must have military or police background Full driving license Must be cleared of any criminal activity by the Iraqi ministry of interior before any offer of engagement can be made.
